1. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you change your mind. That’s okay!
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Please note:
- A restocking fee may apply for bulk or special-order items.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The product defect or damage
- Packaging and delivery label
Once approved, we’ll offer you the choice of:
- A full refund
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- A store credit
We cover all shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
3. Incorrect Items Received
Like most websites, abwtrade.com.au uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and provide a smoother shopping experience. These technologies hIf we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we sincerely apologize.
We’ll send you the correct item at no extra charge and arrange a return for the incorrect item.
Contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used bathroom accessories (e.g. toilet seats, showerheads, etc.)
- Custom-cut or special-order tiles
- Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”
Please double-check specifications and measurements before purchasing.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Refunds are processed to your original payment method
