2. About Us ABW Trade is a tile supply and installation business serving residential and commercial customers across Australia. We supply a wide range of tiles and offer professional installation services for homes, businesses, and trade customers.
3. Our Services ABW Trade provides the following:
Supply and sale of tiles for residential and commercial use
Professional tile installation services
Trade supply for builders, developers, and contractors
Advice and consultation on tile selection and installation
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service at our discretion.
4. Quotes and Pricing All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on tile availability, installation complexity, and site conditions. Additional charges may apply for:
Substrate preparation
Removal of existing tiles or flooring
Access difficulties
Changes in tile selection or project scope
5. Orders and Payment A deposit may be required before work commences or goods are dispatched. Full payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. Trade customers may apply for credit facilities, which are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates only. ABW Trade is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Additional charges may apply for failed or redelivery attempts.
7. Installation Services To ensure a successful installation, customers are responsible for:
Ensuring the site is clear and accessible on the agreed date
Providing accurate measurements and site information
Ensuring surfaces are structurally sound and suitable for tiling
Notifying ABW Trade of any existing conditions that may affect the work
ABW Trade reserves the right to refuse or postpone installation if site conditions are deemed unsafe. A call-out fee may apply.
8. Returns and Cancellations Unused tiles in original, undamaged condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. Cut, damaged, or special-order tiles cannot be returned.
Installation bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
9. Warranty ABW Trade warrants that installation work will be carried out in a professional manner. Defects in workmanship must be reported within 12 months of completion. Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, structural movement, or third-party modifications.
10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, ABW Trade's liability is limited to replacement or repair of goods or services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
